![]() ![]() Pluto is seen when Mey-Rin, Baldroy, and Finnian recall their pasts and how they were recruited. ![]() It is later shown that the reason for this is because the puppet manipulating Drossel was controlled by Angela. After their fight with Drossel Keinz he is seen calmly laying at Drossel's master's feet, much to Ciel's and Sebastian's surprise. He aids Ciel, Grelle Sutcliff, and Sebastian in finding Elizabeth Midford by unsealing the door to the tower she is being held in. Angela asks if they will take him in so he can behave better, and Ciel Phantomhive agrees, knowing how much Sebastian despises dogs. However, it turns out that he was just her pet, but had killed Henry because of his abuse of the Demon Hound legend. When they turn around, they see a large Demon Hound, but decide to follow him further when they notice he is carrying part of Angela's clothing. įinnian, Baldroy, Mey-Rin, and Tanaka, while looking for Angela Blanc, initially discover a strange, nude man, and before they can investigate him further, they are distracted by the townspeople. When the Phantomhive household goes to the village of Houndsworth, they initially believe the legend of the Demon Hound to be a farce created by Henry Barrymore, but when he is dragged from the cell where he was being kept and found dead, they investigate further. Pluto does not seem to be overly fond of most people, but listens to Sebastian Michaelis most of the time and is notably envious when Sebastian gives his attention to a cat. He can also breathe fire, as seen when he was commanded to burn down London. Pluto can turn into his human form upon will, or unintentionally when excited. Even in his human form, he retains his dog-like characteristics, such as continuing to run around on all fours and using his nose to find things. He never speaks, and simply makes dog-like sounds, such as howling, barking, and whining noises. In his demon hound form, he becomes an immense and monstrous dog with white fur. He is often shown nude in his human form, since he frequently changes back and forth from his human form to his demon hound form. We can only wait and see if this super serious conjecture comes true.In his human form, Pluto has shoulder-length silver hair, red eyes with slit pupils, fangs, and black toenails. Ciel, being in the prime of smeethood, may hit a spurt and grow up to become the Almighty Tallest. The picture of Zim under the cut was supposed to be the punchline indicating how I really felt about Ciel’s “shortness.”Īnyway, the average Irken is approximately the height of a human child (ages 11-13), with varying degrees of height like humans- they can range from Ciel’s height to Lizzie’s or even Edward’s height. ^ It’s all true, but I put the original under a “read more” because I 100% agree that Ciel’s height isn’t a plot point and is perfectly normal given his age/circumstances + he’s not that short. Seeing as he’d been such a tall kid, he’s probably just in a slower growing faze, and THAT is more what Sebastian is talking about, rather than saying he’s super short.Īs for how Lizzy is taller than Ciel, she’s actually older than he is and is hitting the age where girls often grow faster than boys. ![]() Kids can have growth spurts and get really tall, really fast, and then they slow down for a while again, then they have another spurt. If he hasn’t grown much (or at all) in three years, that means he was extremely tall for his age when he made the contract with Sebastian. Back in the late 1800s it would have been a little shorter, yet.Ĭiel’s actually tall (Above average) for a boy his age in the world he lives in. The average height for a boy his age is 147.32 cm (4′9″) by today’s standards. ![]() In conclusion, Ciel is obviously a defective part-Irken. Zim, pictured above, is: Irken, arrogant, speaks in third person, knows his leaders personally, arrogant/vulnerable/unstable. Irkens are: short, eat junk food, loyal to their empire. And the average Irken is roughly Ciel’s height. *A Picture of Invader Zim.* (couldn’t reuse it here) (THE READ MORE aka most important part of ths post THAT WAS CUT OFF) Which gives me reason to believe the following. He’s arrogant but also vulnerable and unstable. He has a massive sweet tooth (and likes “junk food” for lack of better word). And I think it’s safe to say that this point in the series, things are getting less supernatural and more scientific.īefore I go on, I’d also like to point out the following about Ciel: Now we know Yana is a master of subtlety. It’s been 3 years and characters (notably Sebastian) keep commenting on how he hasn’t grown at all. Let’s list what we know:Ĭiel has matured, but height-wise, he’s still as tall as he was when he was ten. Either Yana thinks it’s cute and is keeping Ciel short for comic relief or Ciel’s height means something else entirely. ![]()
